Açaí Topped Shrimp & Fruit Salad

Turn this delicious salad into a super-food by dressing it with Puro Pura Açai Oil. Perfect for guests, or a week-day meal, this colourful salad will make turn dinner into a special occasion!

Ingredients for Dressing

  •  1/2 cup lemon juice
  •  1 tsp Dijon mustard
  •  1/2 tsp kosher salt
  •  2/3 cup of Puro Pura Açaí Oil
  •  1 tbsp poppy seeds

Ingredients for Salad

  •  Romaine lettuce, chopped
  •  1/4 cup fresh watermelon, cubed
  •  1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of seared shrimp
  •  2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  •  1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped



Premix salad dressing, set aside

Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and lightly toss 

Add premixed dressing to salad or serve on the side
