Açaí Grilled Chicken

Ingredients 
  • 1/4 cup Açaí oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix açaí oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush the mixture onto chicken breasts. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
